We offer over 20,000 office products from over 200 manufacturers at discount prices. We ship from a number of distribution centers and directly through a number of manufacturers (see your shopping cart for details on each item in your order). We carry only the products listed on our website. We do not special order other items. We are not the manufacturer of any items. Please use our search box, or browse by subject or manufacturer name to find the item(s) you want to purchase. We have attempted to provide complete product information on our web. Due to the large number of products, and regular changes in technologically related items, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. Pictures are provided for illustrative purposes and products may not be identical to the product you receive. Please read the descriptions and manufacturer part numbers closely. If you need additional information before ordering, please use our "presales contact" link at the bottom of each page. We are 100% e-commerce. We do not accept any orders that are not entered by our customers via our shopping cart. We use the web for all customer service issues. Please use our quick and simple Customer Service Portal if you have any questions or problems with an order. If you made a purchase from a different online or retail store, we are unable to provide customer service for you. You will need to contact whomever you made the purchase from or the manufacturer of the product. Please take care not to enter duplicate orders. We review all transactions and can sometimes catch duplicates. However, we are not responsible if you enter duplicate orders and receive duplicate shipments. Your online shopping cart will summarize your order for you. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, simply change the quantity to 0. If you do not provide your correct email address on your order, you will not receive any tracking or status information and may not be able to login to our customer service portal. We will only use your email address for status and customer service purposes. We reserve the right not to process any order with an invalid email address. Please check your spam filtering software to ensure our order status emails are not blocked. Because our items can ship from several different locations, and many come diirectly from the manufacturer shipment and deliver times may vary. Our shopping cart gives a statisitcal average for products from each manufacturer to give you a rough idea of shipping times based on past performance. If you have specific time requirements you must specify them in the order notes so we can check with the shipping center before processing your order. Office1000.com operates by 100% ecommerce. We do not accept orders via phone, fax or postal mail (if you pay by check you must order online and follow the instructions for sending a check. All customer service is handled via our Customer Portal where you can check your order status, print receipts and also communicate with us. Due to the large quantity of spam and phishing emails we no longer use email for customer service. We send a very limited number of emails and you need to use the customer service portal to contact us. The standard emails we are are: your customer portal password when you register or request your password. An acknowledgement email for each order you place. A tracking email everytime a package shipped. A notication email when we've sent you a message on our customer service portal. If you have spam blocking software it is possible you will never receive an email from us. You can login to the customer portal at anytime to check order status, tracking and to view our messages. All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a pricing error, or other increase between the entry and processing of your order, your credit card will not be charged without your prior approval. All our prices based on what we pay for the products. Retail prices shown are the manufacturers suggested retail price as provided to us by the manufacturer or distributor. Our shopping cart shows you the current price for any item, as well as any application discounts. We do not provide price quotes or discounts outside of our shopping cart. For most items our shopping cart will also show the shipping and handling (if any). The expeptions are APO/FPO orders and items that ship by truck. From time to time we may offer specials on orders, or certain items. Full details on our special(s) are shown in our shopping cart. Some items will show "All sales final" in the shopping cart, items that are onsale for 10% or more as well as items from certain manufacturers. This means that we will not accept returns or exchanges on these items for any reason. If one of these items is damaged or lost in shipping a claim will be filed with the carrier and the item replaced or refunded. If an item is defective you will need to resolve the issue with the manufacturers warranty. This only applies to items that are specifically shown in your shopping cart as "All sales final." Some items may show in the shopping cart as having special terms and conditions. For these items the special terms and conditions will show in the shopping cart and you are required to check the box in order for your order to be placed. FREE SHIPPING All UPSable items shipping to addresses in the Continental USA qualify for free shipping (min order $100). If an item does not qualify for free shipping the details will be shown in your shopping cart. To receive a shipping quote on orders that do not include free shipping and do not show a shipping cost in the cart (ie: items that go by truck), you must complete your order and the freight questionaire. We will email you the freight cost and your order WILL NOT be processed until you agree to the shipping charges. Please note all sales are final for items that must be shipped by truck. We require prepayment on all orders in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. All orders subject to acceptance, and verification. We welcome your check for payment too. However, to avoid delay, please send a money order or certified check. We may be able to verify and process company and insitutional checks without delay. Orders that are entered from outside the USA or are being reshipped to outside the USA must be paid for via a Western Union money transfer. All unauthorized use of credit cards is reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities as well as private fraud control service(s). All orders from office1000.com may appear as "Office1000" on your statement. A receipt you can print is provided on our customer portal. All past due payments will be charged 18% annual interest. Credit Card charge backs and bad checks will be assessed a $50 fee plus all costs of collection and will be reported to your local and national law enforcement agencies. By placing an order you authorize us to verify you are the credit card holder or authorized check signer, and verify you are not using technological means to disgiuse your identity to commit fraud. We accept APO/FPO orders as if they are entered from and being shipped to the USA. Mistakes happen. We strive to have all orders processed fully and correctly. On occasion a problem can occur. It is important that you immediately notify us of any problems with your order within 3 days. Remember, sometimes an order is sent in several boxes, you should have received an email with the tracking number for each box. Track each package to ensure one isn't delayed in transit or left at a neighbors. When notifying us of a problem, please provide your order confirmation number, and and a description of the problem. Office1000, Inc is not responsible for the handling of any packages once they are onboard with the delivery company. Please use our Customer Portal for all questions or problems about an order! If you decide you do not want an item after you have received it, you must request a return authorization with our Customer Portal BEFORE you return it. Items returned without a return authorization may be refused by our distribution center and you will be responsible for sending it to us again after you receive return authorization. All requests for return authorization must be made with Office1000 within 10 days of your receipt of the items. Please note: all sales are final for items that ship by truck (non-upsable items) and items that are onsale for 10% or more. All other items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling fees that were charged on your original order. Damaged Shipments. If any package appears damaged when it is delivered your are obligated to refuse the shipment and note with the carrier that it was damaged. If you discovery the damage after you open the package you must report it to Office1000 with our Customer Portal (and to the carrier) within 3 days. If you do not report damage immediately we may not be able to offer any assistance in replacing the damaged product. Defective Items. If an item is received is defective you must request return authorization with our Customer Portal. You will then be given instructions for returning the product and receipt of a replacement item. You will not incur any additional charges. Please note: returned items are tested and if no problems are found it will be treated as a return you did not want. You must request return authorization for defective items within 10 days of your receipt of the items. If an item becomes defective more than 10 days after your receipt you must resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer under the terms of any applicable warranty. Web site mistakes. If you receive an item and it is different than described on the website, you must request return authorization with out Customer Portal. You must describe how the item is different from the webpage description and you will be given instructions for returning the product. You will receive a full refund. You must request return authorization within 10 days of your receipt of the item. Please note: it is not possible to match colors via the photos on our website. Lost in transit Items lost in transit will be replaced after the claim is processed by the carrier. Please track your package regularly and notify us immediately if the tracking information indicates that the package has been lost or delayed in transit. Toner, Ink and smiliar cartridges and consumable items cannot be returned for any reason if they have been opened! Please report any missing or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Return Authorization must be obtained for all returns within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be received by the distribution center indicated in our return instructions in their original packaging within 30 days of original delivery. If we issue a call tag to have an item picked up you must have the item packaged and ready for pickup. If the item is not ready for pickup, you will be responsible for the return shipping. Please make sure all return shipments are sent with insurance and tracking. All items are sold with the standard manufacturers warranty for that item. If you have problems with merchandise you will need to resolve the difficulties with the manufacturer. Products not purchased from us. If you did not purchase a product from Office1000, Inc. please DO NOT RETURN IT TO US. We cannot offer service, refunds or help on products not purchased from us. You will be required to make arrangements for any such packages to be picked up. They will be disposed of at your expense after 30 days. Once an order is submitted via our shopping cart it cannot have items added or removed from it. You will need to place an additonal order if you need additional items. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipment phase. Depending on the item and shipment center this can happen within minutes of your cart being submitted. If you request an order be cancelled after we have charged your credit card there will be a 5% cancellation fee assessed. If an item is on backorder we will accept cancellations without any penalty, however, once an item enters the shipment phase it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please review your shopping cart carefully before you submit an order to us. Our shopping cart system uses Javascript to set cookies with the items you wish to purchase and your zip code. If you have javascript or cookies disabled you may not be able to use the shopping cart. Cookies are used to store several pieces of information, if you do not have cookies turned on you will not be able to use our shopping cart system and you may not receive certain specials. If you do not confirm your order we do not receive any information contained in the cookies. 'Order' This cookie is used to store the manufacturer number and quantity of the items you have added to your shopping cart. 'Zip' This cookie is used to store your zip code (you must enter your zip code, before your shopping cart will display). We use this to calculate shipping, handling and sales tax. If you do not set your zip code, or enter the wrong zip code, the information displayed on your cart will be wrong. 'Src' This cookie is used in some cases to record what website refered you to us. It may be used to offer a special on some items, or for us to record the effectiveness of advertisements. 'Addr' This cookie is used to store your name and address (if the box is checked) so that you don't have to entered it on future orders. Your credit card information is never stored for future use. 'hist' This cookie is used to store a temporary history of your searches on our site. It is used to help us when you email for assistance in locating a product (this information is included with the information you use in our presales contact form). Other session cookies are used while you are logged into our customer portal. You are free to disable cookies and javascript while you surf our website. You will not be able to place online orders. If you disable or alter our cookies, your order may not be processed properly and you will not be able to accept our customer portal. We collect the information on our order form in order to send your order to you. It may be provided to our supplier(s) and/or manufacturers as necessary for yourorder to be processed. We do not use your email address, fax, or phone for purposes not connected to the processing of your order and following up on customer service issues. In the case of bad checks, unauthorized credit card use, etc, the information will be provided to law enforcement agencies and any others as we feel appropriate. Credit card information is processed on a secure server with 128 bit encryption. Every effort is taken to insure this information is not released. All orders are verified to protect you against fraud. To ensure verification of orders that are shipping to addresses other than the billing address on your credit card, please contact your credit card company and have them add the shipping address as an alternate address on your card. Third party advertisers: Some of our pages may contain advertisements from third parties. These advertisers may set cookies and you should refer directly to an advertisers website for details on their cookies and privacy policy. Their cookies may be set while you surf our site, by virtue of the advertisement being placed in an iframe. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit some pages on our Web site. We do not directly provide these third party advertisers with your customer information. These companies may use information (not including your name, address email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
