Padded Mailers are the economical answer to most cushioned shipping requirements. Padded mailers can be used for any item that needs protection through small parcel distribution systems. Jet-Pak mailers are available in three different styles as listed below. Ivex padded mailers are recyclable, biodegradable and made from 100% recyled papers, with a minimum of 30% post consumer materials. Numeric portion of item number designates the mailer size, i.e., #2 Mailer = JPT2 and so forth. This rule is followed for all styles.
Original Tube Style Padded Mailers
Ivex Protective Packaging has the perfect tube style mailer to ship items that need rugged protection. These economical, environmentally friendly mailers have a scored end and can be closed easily with tape or staples. The double folded corners add additional edge protection. Ivex Packaging offers an exclusive self-sealing technology that allows the flap to seal without the use of additional adhesive and the need to remove a relese strip. Peel n' Seal Style Padded Mailers
For quick closing and easy opening, Ivex offers the Peel n' Seal solution. These mailers offer a convenient end flap with self sealing adhesive that closes securely and eliminates the need for additional tape or staples. Features tear strip for easy opening, puncture and moisture resistant.
