Our normal shipment method is ground shipment. For APO/FPO addresses, we have the products shipped to our location and then forward using U.S. Military Priority Mail. We do not currently ship to anywhere but the continental USA, and APO/FPO addresses. We offer free shippping on all UPSable items going to the Continental USA (min order $100).
