All customer service, tracking and other information about your order is done through our customer service portal. Please use this form for assistance if are having trouble logining in or using our portal.

If you are a customer that orders from us before our customer service portal was active (before 12/29/06) your account was created and you were assigned a password. Enter your email address on the login page under "resend password". Your password willl be sent your email address immediately. Please make sure you don't have spam block software active. It will be sent from "donotreply@office1000.com".

If you are not a customer you can register from the login page page by simply entering your email address and name, or by placing an order. Your password will be emailed to you.

If you do not receive your password or have trouble logging in, please use this form to contact us for technical assistance.

This form cannot be used for customer service. If you submit a question about an order here, your answer will be significantly delayed. This is only for help about using our customer portal. All questions about orders must be asked after you login to our customer portal.
