Inside the office, I would say there are numerous nominees for the Best Bestfriend Award. Every tool has its own purpose and thus mean something to the function of your office. Now, whoever wins the award, I do not know since that would already depend on the judges. But allow me to present you some of the nominees.
First off, we have the stapler. Ten papers or twenty papers, allow the stapler to staple them together and prevent them from falling apart. Just be careful with those staple wires or they will hurt you!
Then we have the ballpen. Who could not know what a ballpen is. Written language is just as important as spoken language. Pens do the trick of allowing you to communicate whatever you want on paper. Contracts won't exist without ballpens, so never forget to bring one with you!
Another tough contender for the award is that pair of clamps. Sure, the staplers also do the trick of "sticking" papers together, but they fail when the pile of papers are thick. They also don't make good binders when you need something that cane be easily removed. That is where the clamps come in They do not only bind papers together--they can also close potato chip wrappers!
Lastly, for this set, we also have the appointment book. You will never forget and never be late with your meetings if you get this habit of writing your notes down on the appointment books. It also creates you a good image of being organized in everything that you do.
So who is the winner? I can only speak for myself.
