Where will you write your notes? For some, notebooks are much better. For those who are really into technology, they would prefer electronic means of storing notes. Whatever your preference is, we have them here in Office 1000.  First off we have here tow different kinds of notebooks from Mead Products. The first one is their Five Star Advanced Trend One Subject Notebooks. What separates them from ordinary notebooks is that they are wire-bound, making pulling off sheets very easy. It also comes with index cards for additional notes and plastic dividers inside. The second notebook that comes from Mead is their Five Star Flex Hybrid Notebinder. It is refillable and tearing papers from here is virtually clean as the sheets are bound by detachable rings. This is perfect for official handwritten notes where cleanliness should be observed. Just be a responsible paper-user and ensure that when you peel pages off, have some other use for them. Store them in one of these file trays for later use. They would make excellent scratch papers. Why do CEOs and company presidents like to play gold, of all sporting activities out there? I dunno. I am not against playing golf, but why do many bosses like to play the game? Do they really like to play the game or is it just because it's a ticket to join the elite club of CEOs?  I sometimes cannot help but think that they play the game just to socialize with other big bosses who really love the game. It's probably a business strategy to know more about your potential partners--or even potential competitors. I somewhat think that it's a way for big bosses to know more about the secrets of the trade, to find out the weaknesses of their opponents in the businesses and eventually dump them. I sometimes think that, by holding down a notebook and golf pencil, expertly swinging a club and making birdies, it shows that you are a master of the trade--WRONG! Of course, good golfing skills has never been an indicator of superb management prowess. In fact, some of the worst CEOs are so good in gold that they are already addicted to it, forgetting their other commitments. Talk about hasty generalizations. Haha. Or it's probably because that, even if it's a strategy-filled game, it's a less tiring job that any boss can actually play. I think it would sound dull for anyone not to have a sport to play, but these bosses probably don't like to break a sweat and so they play gold.
