 Construction paper is always a staple item in my home. I use it for so many things, from school projects to scrapbooking.You can make beautiful borders with construction paper and decorative edging scissors for your treasured photos in your scrapbooks. Add embellishments and you have created a custom scrapbook page without spending all the money. Construction paper is relatively inexpensive and really just has too many uses to note.
