Yes, believe it or not, there is Feng Shui for Lockers! You still can use the eight sided diagram to denote areas for fame, creativity, love, compassion, career, wealth, community, knowledge and self. Your locker should be kept free from clutter in order to keep your chi free flowing and positive. On your locker door, imagine three distinct sections from top to bottom. You would have a Love Corner (top), Creativity Corner (middle) and Compassion and Travel Corner (bottom). You might use a piece of cork board and attach sticky magnets to the back. On the front, use decorative push pins to hang pictures and so forth.
In these three areas you would use things such as pictures of someone you love, or tokens of affection. The middle section you could put things that inspire you to do well or would be good for the future. You could put theater tickets or a program from a show you loved. The bottom section could be maps, postcards or pictures of helpful people in your life. Don't forget to decorate your corkboard with colorful paper to go behind your pictures.
In the main part of the locker there are usually two shelves, upper and lower. The upper section can be divided into four areas: Wealth, Community, Self and Fame. The wealth area could have a lucky coin or maybe a silk plant. Community area could hold a picture of friends in a pretty frame. Self area could contain a Locker mirror so you can see your image. The Fame area could hold an award, ribbon, certificate, a good report card or a picture of someone you admire.
The bottom section of the locker would have two sections: Knowledge Corner and Career Corner. The knowledge corner on the left would be where all your large textbooks go. Folders and other school papers could also go here. On the right in the Career Corner you might put internship, job or college stuff to remind you of why you are going to school in the first place.
Make your space colorful and pleasing, keep it clean, use handy locker accessories and enjoy all that positive energy!
