Working in front of the computer for 8 to 9 hours everyday inside the office can be personally stressful for me. I love my sleep, and I tend to do it every afternoon. However, when you are in the office, you should have the decency to make sure that the payment for your time goes to something well. The last time I drank wine was around 4 to 5 years ago, over at a friend's birthday party. I tasted it just out of curiosity, since that was also the first time I tried the alcoholic beverage. It was no good. The bitter, dry taste that it left in my mouth was probably one of the worst tastes my tongue will ever have, and from then on, I have never tasted any form of alcoholic beverage again. I actually do not understand why a lot of people drink wine. Click on title or permalink to continue reading full post Tags: corkscrews • kitchen accessories • 0 Comments. - Permalink |

If you are tackling dirt and cobwebs, either mentally or in the home or office, you have to consider the best tools for the job.Of course you wouldn't use the same tool for every job. You wouldn't use the same cleaning techniques for big dusty spaces that have gathered leaves and dirt that you would use on electronic devices that need special protection, such as keyboards and computers. What does she mean by that? The swine flu? No, I am referring to the infiltration of our economy by those who attempt to steal from all of us using fake money.I know there are lots of people out there that are innocent and don't actually know they have been passed a bad bill and consequently use it to pay someone else. Just because you have a drop ceiling doesn't mean you can't decorate your space with hanging plants. I found a great product that fits right on the track between the ceiling tiles and holds my plants beautifully.I just try and keep them spaced out so there isn't too much load in one place on the ceiling supports. Are you looking for interesting ways to present your photographs rather than a plain old photo album?Try using some colorful card stock paper, some photo corners, a 3/16 circle hand punch, and some pretty contrasting ribbon. Finding ways to make supplies do double duty is always exciting to me. I know that may sound boring, but when I think of the money I save, I can laugh all the way to the bank. Here are some ways I learned to make what I had in my supply closet work a double shift: Click on title or permalink to continue reading full post Tags: double duty office products • binder clips • royal office products • office supply uses • 0 Comments. - Permalink |

In my place, there are at least two notebook computers--but that already means a lot of wire. Well, no, compared to desktop computers, there are far less wires involved. However, add that to the cellphone chargers, the electric fans, and the LAN wires (we have a router here but I'm too lazy right now to configure it) and we end up with a mess of wires. It does not only look like a mess. It also poses a hazard as anyone may just trip over and get electrocuted. The mess can easily cleaned up. Well, I don't think we can decrease the number of electronics, but you can use one of these Velcro wire organizers to manage your cords and cables for televisions, computers, and electronics. The wire straps, which the company calls Get A Grip straps, are multi-use, strong, and reusable wires that can be used both inside and outside the home, wherever there's a need to organize your wires into one bunch. Now what does this mean for your home? Maybe you won't run out of electronics to use and, thus, you won't run out of wires inside the house. However, with these straps, it won't look as if your home has a wire jungle inside. Until the time comes when wireless electronics become commercially available (there are existing wireless power hubs, but they are too expensive and not commercially available at the moment), I believe these wires will do a great job to save you from the mess. As I prepare to begin my journey of purchasing a new home where I will have my home office, and clearing out the old house, I am finding new ways to use supplies, and weeding out what I can use and what will be garbage.I never knew how much actual STUFF I had packratted away in this house. I am a keeper of things, thinking someday I will have a use for them.
