Correction Fluid Vs Correction Tape

I confess. I write it dirty when I'm solving problems. I mean it literally.

Scratch papers are really messed up with my scribbles of equations in every corner. The same side of the paper is used for arithmetic computations. My writing is quite large so I easily run out of space to write on, urging me to write on other lines that I won't use anymore. My scrath papers are a total mess.

You all know about the types of storage out there for offices. There are the binders for papers, the paper clip dispensers, the pen and pencil holders and the desk organizers that bring it all together.

You have storage options for hanging files, whether in your desk drawer or in a mobile rolling file. Well, those are all fine and dandy options...but what about organizational storage for the heavy duty pack rat who looks at a typical storage option for all his doodads and just chuckles?

Why buy an old desk when a new one is so much better?

Everything these days is getting cheaper. Yeah right..you say? With the price of gas rising and food getting out of sight, the fact remains is that you can buy technology cheaper than ever before. Go into an electronics store and look at TV's or computers. Can you buy something much much better for less than a year ago? That's what I'm talking about!

Desks are no exception. Why go out and buy a used desk at a flea market, garage sale or second hand store, when you can go get a shiny new one for a tad bit more? Sure you might find a great buy somewhere, but then what? You have to lug the thing home and then get it inside the house. Why not just order one and have it delivered and installed right in your office?

Swap Your Uncomfortable Desk Chair for a New One!

One of our executive's son just began attending college last week. He was satisfied with everything except for his dorm room desk chair. It was partially broken and uncomfortable to sit on. If you spend much of your days inside the walls of an office cubicle, spend a little bit of time and make it home. Most people spend more time at work than they do in any other place for that amount of time in a day.

Stick Those Notes

If you find it difficult to remember things, you are bound to have a painful life ahead. The enormity of information that you will have to go through everyday is enough to overwhelm even the most un-forgetful person there is--what more if you are a person who tends to forget even the name of your friends?

But that's what inventors are for, right? Their task is to make everyone's lives better. For forgetful people, the cure may come in thre form of brain surgery (lol. Is that even possible?) or memory enhancement drugs. However, these procedures are expensive--and there isn't an assurance that your memory will improve anyway.

When Considering Feng Shui to Improve Your Life - Don't Forget Your Locker!

Yes, believe it or not, there is Feng Shui for Lockers! You still can use the eight sided diagram to denote areas for fame, creativity, love, compassion, career, wealth, community, knowledge and self. Your locker should be kept free from clutter in order to keep your chi free flowing and positive.

On your locker door, imagine three distinct sections from top to bottom. You would have a Love Corner (top), Creativity Corner (middle) and Compassion and Travel Corner (bottom). You might use a piece of cork board and attach sticky magnets to the back. On the front, use decorative push pins to hang pictures and so forth.
