Life should not be confined in the office. Yes, there is a lot of work that has to be finished, but do take out some time to go out, relax, and have fun with your environment. Breathe some fresh air. Through this, you will gain the necessary energy that you will need to carry on with the work you have to finish, right?
So what are some good hobbies to practice outdoors? Most likely, these activities don't take much time and can be easily done. You don't want to spend the entire night going up a mountain when there are mountains of work waiting for you in the office, don't you?
Perhaps you can go to the park with a friend or with the family. Parks always have these relaxing atmosphere. Even though a lot of people tend to go here to relax as well, all the noise seem to shut off automatically once you find that little space where you'll sit down. When I go to a park, I sit down on some bench and just stare at nowhere for a couple of minutes. All the cars passing by look like they shut off on their own, and all I could here is the wind blowing on my face. It's a nice hobby to do. Do it whenever you can.
And if you are a great drawer, then drawing the place around you will certainly boost the relaxation session. Expressing yourself in any way possible, including on paper, is a 100% effective way to go and destress yourself. Just make sure you have a hard board alongside with you. You don't want to make that sketch on your knees.
