In about four days, Christmas will be here. Are you still having difficulties determining what will be a good gift to give to your friends and family members? You don't have to look far. The answer to your questions might be just around the corner.
A good gift for your friends might be something that they have desired for a long time already. You'll know it if everytime he/she sees the item in the stores, he/she expresses his/her desire to have that item. I do not know if that person does it in order to convince you to buy that gift, but if you can well afford it, then there should not be any problem about it, is there?
Or that gift may be something that may prove to be useful. If you have a workaholic friend, consider buying a file case, or even one of those good-looking fountain pens--as long as you can afford to buy one.
If you really cannot find a gift, why not purchase a gift certificate instead? This way, the recipient of your gift will be able ot purchase whatever he/she really wants. It will also save you a lot of thinking power determining what you ought to give. The only downside to this is that it is like you are giving a definite value to what you are giving, something that might not be pleasing to others.
But if you think you cannot afford to buy a gift for this season, that should not be any problem with your friends. They are still your friends after all, right?
