Another important tool inside the office is the cutter. Unlike previous tools presented here, such as the correction marker, the cutter is something more important, in my opinion. This is because of the cutter's versatility of uses and the way it may be utilized. However, it is a dangerous tool, something that we should be mature enough to know that we should not play with them.
What sets the scissors apart from the cutter? They both cut. The both of them can kill. What gives? Obviously--and I do not know why I am even mentioning it here--cutters are sharper than scissors. Cutters can cut thick cardboards. Scissors cannot. There is also the danger of making cuts that are not in straight line with scissors. At least cutters are more precise.
But everything naturally has bad effects. Cutters may be sharp, but it is this same sharpness that makes it a dangerous addition to your home. I do not know about you, but I have certainly heard of stories of murder in which case the murderer used a cutter. There have also been cases where children have accidentally gained access to this sharp thing and hurt other children of his age on purpose. You wouldn't want to go into such complexities so you better do something about it.
The key to cutter safety is simple. You just have to keep it out of reach of children and keep it out of sight of anyone when it is not used. Why have it scattered all over your office when it is not in use? Feeling lazy? You should remove that laziness when dealing with sharp objects. It is also a must to have a first-aid kit inside the home for cuts and wounds. You already know these intuitive points.
