I saw it recommended that for a happy office you should bring treats for your coworkers. It was suggest doughnuts and to get to work early so everyone can enjoy the treats before its time to start working.I think it would better to bring bran muffins. A well made bran muffin is delicious and good for you. This could save all your coworkers from the blood sugar crash mid-morning.
Which is better? A tasty treat, ie: doughnots or a healthy treat, ie: bran muffins?
