Trivial Office Things

Just what are the most common things that you see in the office? By 'things', I meant to include those trivial things that, despite the seeming 'triviality', still play an important role in making the office tick. Here are some of those 'things' that I could think of: - Pens! - I guess this is expected. We just cannot sign those documents with a pencil. We just cannot write notes and memos to our colleagues with our bare thumbs. We cannot just jot down instant notes with our fingers. But with a pen, you certainly can.
- Staplers - Do you need an easy way to bind your documents together? Forget the punch. Go for the ever-reliable stapler! I used to think that it is inappropriate for formal letters. Today, however, I understand that it is perfectly fine.
- Paper Shredder - Kill those papers! Shred them into, well, shreds and eliminate any form of privacy invasion that may happen if you had not shredded those important documents.
- Your computer! - Enough said.
- Stamp pad and rubber stamp - When signing documents become a tedious chore, then better resolve yourself to a stamp pad. This way, you can relegate the task to someone else so that you can do more important duties in the office (I found out that we have a product here in Office 1000 that combines the functionalities of a pen and a stamp pad. It's a counter pen with a stamp pad.
