These days, it makes sense to save money in every way we can. That includes the price we pay for our business supplies. Business cards are no exception.I am sure there are plenty of companies out there who say they will give you a great deal on printing your business cards up, some charging for set up of artwork and some not. I think with a few moments of your time, you can create your own for less.
OpenOffice.org Word Processor, a color printer (if you desire color), and a package of business cards that you can use for your color laser or inkjet printer.
To get started, just open up the OpenOffice.org writer program and we will go through the process:
- File
- New
- Business Cards
- Under the MEDIUM tab, select your label brand such as "Avery"
- Select your type such as "5871 Laser Business Card"
- Edit the personalized information for the fields
You can change the layout, save the templates to use again, save a blank template, and many more things.
Save yourself some money, and give it a try!
